Tarik’s North African
Tarik is a staple in the Knoxville food scene, often lovingly referred to as “The Couscous Guy”. Tarik focuses on serving authentic North African cuisine that comes straight from his heart, always with a warm welcome. Tarik comes from the Amazigh region of Algeria and has learned to cook in various countries, from Tunisia to France. He opened his business 3 years ago with the support of Real Good Kitchen and has since opened his own store front in the Morningside neighborhood of Knoxville where he continues to serve delicious cuisine with a North African experience.
