Threats: Agricultural practices, development, habitat fragmentation, and sedimentation (What do these terms mean?)

Native Range: Stones River and Collins River (Cumberland River drainage) and Duck River (Tennessee River drainage) systems, cen. TN

Spawning Habitat Preferences:  Mid to late spring spawners in small to medium-sized creeks with moderate to fast flow; eggs are buried in sand and gravel

CFI Status: Propagated at CFI in 1999 for propagation protocols and research to document their life history. (What do these terms mean?)
